Angel was extremely knowledgeable in the Overland's capabilities with regard to flat towing. He was very patient and never pushy (which is an immediate "I'm out of here" for me). Angel provided immediate response during our search. negotiations and even followed-up after we got back home. In addition to Angel's performance we were impressed with the quality of the dealership. The Cherokee we were looking for required quite a few specific preferences. None of the Jeep Dealerships from Key West, Homestead, Kendall, Miami Lakes and Planet in Doral had the Cherokee that met our needs. Other dealers had 2015 and 2016 models priced higher than our new 2017 Jeeps, a Wrangler Sahara, and a Patriot 75th Anniversary model. Shopping at other dealers, we would have paid more and would have had to "settle" for options and colors we really didn't like. We are so glad we weren't impulsive at the first two dealers we visited. We realy didn't like the lime green color but that was all that was available in the Wrangler Sahara at a "discounted" price at one dealer. We now have our choice of color, Granite, a model year newer, with more options, and for less money! The same was true on the new Patriot. The other dealer had one model that had a decent price, but again, it was a 2016 and in a color we didn't like and with options we didn't like. Our Salesperson at Galeana, Angel Apolinaris, had 91 Patriots models on the lot to show us! Once he knew we wanted the larger engine and the Granite color, it was just a matter of deciding which little options we preferred, like sun roof, vs. upgraded radio, vs. color of wheels, etc. We tend to keep our vehicles a long time, so having ones we really like rather than ones we would have settled on, is important. I don't think that we would have been happy looking at a lime green Wrangler in our driveway for a LOT of years!! Ask for Angel Apolinaris for your salesperson and you won't be disappointed. Terrible service! I brought the vehicle in because of wind noise when I drive above 40mph. I turn the radio up as loud as I can to ignore it. But heir QC tech swore to me he heard nothing. Then they explain to me rhey dont like messing with windshields (vehicle is under factory warranty). Then the guy tells me to give him 10's and perfect scores on the survey as he is telling me to make another appointment in a few weeks. For what? Im here now and you ignored my problem! I took it to Palm Auto in Punta Gorda the next day and they had it solved in an hour. Bad windshield seal. Will be fixed no problem. Galeana is garbage and I will never give thwm my business again. He was even concerned that we had bought a car from a rep three years ago, until we assured him we had not spoken to that rep since shortly after the purchase. Despite that fact that it was about 7:30 when we first drove up, Angel did not hurry us at all. And once it was determined that we would need to come back the next night since everyone had left (except Ross, who deserves our thanks as well!), Angel was careful to spend as much time as he could getting our paperwork in order so our stay the next night would be minimal. And it worked; I have purchased many cars, and have never - ever - had such a quick experience in signing all the financing documents. (A sincere kudos to the finance guy too, whose name I do not recall!) Of course, despite the fact that our new purchase was settled in record time, Angel sat in the car with my wife patiently walking her through features and helping her synch her phone with the Bluetooth, etc. Angel was kind and extremely generous with his time - and my wife and I both hope that we are able to work with him on future car purchases. Terrible Service I took my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for repair. The thermostat had to be replaced. Mind you, this was weeks after they changed the coolant; which seemed suspicious. I get the car back, and the heat does not work...getting more suspicious. I made an appointment for 8:00am this morning. It's now 3:26pm and I just got a call stating that my vehicle was not yet in for the repair work. Then they share with me that my appointment time was only to "check in", not to actually work on my car. These guys are terrible....don't take your car here if you can avoid it. More
