My wife freaks out at the thought of a car buying experience. They went out of their way to limit her exposure. Their finance Manager Jake was the BEST. I have seen so many "Tricks" it is crazy. Angel and his Sales Manager (Daryl) were so Professional and accommodating. It was so refreshing compared to Brand X in Cape Coral!!! Horrible Customer Service This dealership has the absolute worst customer service. We were told that a Jeep Wrangler we were interested in was in stock, and after pulling our c This dealership has the absolute worst customer service. We were told that a Jeep Wrangler we were interested in was in stock, and after pulling our credit we were then told that it was a mistake and not in stock. Our salesperson, Kevin Denson informed us that because the vehicle was not in stock we must order it, so we did. We dealt with Mr. Kevin Denson for 2 months sending multiple emails and calling for the status of our vehicle and he would NEVER follow-through. We even drove the 2 hours to speak to a manager, and still never got a response. After multiple attempts we decided to go with another dealership. I would beware of Galeana Jeep pulling your credit report without truly having a vehicle in place. Do not waste your time in this dealership. Go elsewhere! More

Don't buy a vehicle from these guys My father in law wanted to buy a car for his granddaughter. We looked at many cars and finally found the one she liked which was a Jeep Renegade Limi My father in law wanted to buy a car for his granddaughter. We looked at many cars and finally found the one she liked which was a Jeep Renegade Limited. The car was on the lot and my father in law was paying cash so the negotiation was quick. In the negotiation of the sale my wife always likes to get a free ball cap with the car logo on it as part of the sale. The salesman laughed and agreed to it. The only hitch was that my father in law is Canadian and had to move some cash around accounts to make the purchase. He was here in Florida visiting and had to return to Canada to make the transaction. We placed a deposit on the car and did some preliminary paperwork and said we would return and have the money wired before the end of the week. So in the coming days I was hounded by the salesman Kevin Franklin about where the money was. Finally the money was wired and we were told that we could come in and pick up the car as it was all ready. Well, we got there expecting to be out of there soon with a new car and instead we were there for at least an hour and a half waiting for the finance guy. We did not finance the car so why did it take so long? Well we got the car home and within a day or so we noticed the car was infested with ants. I called the salesman Kevin Franklin on the phone on a Friday and was told that we would have to bring it in on Monday. He seemed like he couldn't be bothered. So I fixed the ant problem myself. So today I had to go back to the dealer to get a new temporary tag because they failed to file the paperwork for the title and tag in a timely manner. While I was there I saw the salesman Kevin Franklin and inquired about the hat that we didn't get. He again seemed annoyed and went off to find one after talking to his manager. When he came back he told me that if my wife was all pissed off or something that I should remind her that he had to pay for the hat out of his own pocket. Really?!!! You made a nice cash sale on us and you are complaining about a 20 dollar hat? A good salesman would have had smiled and given the hat without the comments and asked about how the car was or something. Apparently this guy is all about the sale and doesn't care about repeat business or building a customer base. I didn't even bother having him put the temporary tag on for me and just left. Well I am just thankful that I bought my Jeep Wrangler from Naples Jeep where the customer service was much better. I will probably have my daughter's Renegade serviced down there as well. Needless to say I stripped the car of all Galeana advertising. More
