Where do I start, well for starters the car I purchased was obviously in an accident. The salesman James VanGordon said "it's okay its just from a minor accident and if we repair it, it's going to cost you a lot of money". Why should I pay for a damaged vehicle because Galeana sells cars that have been hit in the front? I certainly paid such a high price for the car that my car should not have been damaged. Secondly, he smelled awful like cigarettes during the test drive and the car reeked like dog. I should have known something was wrong but I was too anxious to purchase a vehicle; hindsight 20/20. I was also upsold an expensive tire package that I will never use because I will never be returing to Galeana. The moral of the story, cross this dealership off the list of available dealerships in our area. Salesman who don't take responsibility for their sales don't deserve your business. Salesman who misrepresent themselves and omit critical information are the lowest of the low. We're close to Miami and Tampa so we have a lot of options. Be safe out there and ask questions. Remember you're hiring them to sell you the car that you will be driving for years to come and you deserve to be happy with the outcome of your sale. More

They are refusing to fulfill my warranty for service because they want to charge extra fees not in the warranty, they said its $320 to check the 2 Maintenace lights on top of my deductable! I said no I because they want to charge extra fees not in the warranty, they said its $320 to check the 2 Maintenace lights on top of my deductable! I said no I have a warranty then they said $160. I said no the warranty said all I pay is the $100. I asked to see in paperwork the fees they wanted but they couldn't produce any I called my warranty office while there and they said I don't have to pay over the deductible, that they pay the diagnostic charge and if what's wrong isn't covered under warranty an I still want Galeana to repair the car anyway at that point they can charge for a diagnostic of the uncovered repair. The manager argued with me that that's not right. I was on the phone in front of them while I was there and told them as I was told that he can just talk to the company himself ask for Lorie and she would explain he refused! they said they were doing me a favor and would wave the fee my warranty company just told me I didnt have to pay?! They said to drop the car off because I had an appointment at 9 for service. The service manager said it would be done by the end of the day when I gave him the key. At 2:30 I asked if they at least knew what was wrong at this point the waiting room had filled and emptied twice! After 5 1/2 hours and he said you only scheduled to drop the car off not get it fixed! The same man that told me it would be done by the end of the day had a smerk on his face saying I scheduled just to drop the car off! Being a woman I told him just give me my keys, I will just have my dad come with back with me to get it fixed. He yell's at me saying I shouldn't have waited for the car to get fixed i should have left??? Then when I get the keys to leave he laughs and yells HAVE A NICE DAY. I yelled it back to him with a gesture demonstrating my feeling of his treatment of me! More
We have a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel that has developed an issue with multipal warning lights coming on the dash at the same time , our local repair shop after looking at it recommended taking it to the de an issue with multipal warning lights coming on the dash at the same time , our local repair shop after looking at it recommended taking it to the dealer to have it looked at as they were not 100% positive on their own diagnosis. So the wife and I talked and agreed that we will have the dealer diagnose our truck and at the same time we could look at new trucks as maybe it's time to buy? So I called and waited on hold for several minutes , I almost gave up but finally a service advisor answered and I explained the problem I was having with my truck , he asked me again what year it was and I told him 2006 ,he then tells me that they don't work on vehicles that are 10 years old due to maybe not having factory parts to do the repair and the don't install any available aftermarket parts even if they are available. I asked him if the Sales Manager was aware of this policy? as it seems turning away someone who is frustrated with their older truck that's having issues and in the market to purchase a new one isn't a very good policy for a New Vehicle Dealership? He just apologized and referred me to another shop who could not get me in until the middle of next month. So we drove over to the Cape Dodge dealer and waited forever , was told we had to leave and make an appointment by phone and come back ( a horrible experience) so being both local Dodge dealers failed us (100% Dissatisfied) We have an appointment set up at a Dodge Dealer just outside of town for the service department to look at our truck and to sit with a Sales Associate to discuss new purchase options as well. I just thought I would share our frustration as maybe it will help with training. More

Buyer Beware...my personal experience with this dealership was horrible. After a few days of negotiating my deal on a 2020 XT4 selling for $37,787 including dealer fee of $699 which is clearly sta dealership was horrible. After a few days of negotiating my deal on a 2020 XT4 selling for $37,787 including dealer fee of $699 which is clearly stated on their website, i was we were a standstill on 12/24/21. That evening i received an email from the GM Joe Ownes asking me if there is anything he could do to help with my buying decision. So, i replied to his email that i needed a better price. On Monday 12/26/21 my salesperson Kevin (which was great) called me and told me the dealership Galeana Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram had agreed to my buying/offer price $36,500. I asked if that included the $699 dealer fee (on the advertised price this fee was included) Kevin said he would have to check, he promptly called me back and said no, that didn't sit well with me so i asked him to go back to his boss and ask for that to be a part of the deal. Kevin called me back and said they would remove all but $200, i told him i felt like they were taking advantage of me and wanted to think about it. Twenty minutes goes buy and i got several phone calls from the dealer which i could not answer at that moment, then a follow up text saying the car had been sold to another Cadillac dealer for $39,000. Then i get a second text from the dealer saying it was sold on Smart Action for $39,000. I'm thinking that something shady is going on here. That evening the car was listed on their website for $39,500. They fabricated the sell to an action then raised the price $1713 more than original price. Very deceiving business practice, if the vehicle was truly sold why not just remove from the website?? When i brought this issue to the attention of the GM (Joe Owens) on Monday12/27/21 afternoon he said he was not aware of this and would look into the problem. He then called me back and said he believes i am a Stright shooter like him. Although i am a Stright shooter, I'm not like you Joe. I do what's right by the customer (making the buying experience memorable/enjoyable for customer. That's how you grow a business Joe, not by being untruthful and deceiving. Joe, you were given the chance to sell me the car at the agreed price, instead you choose not to do the right thing. Its situations like this one that leaves the average consumer hesitant of shopping the old fasion way, going to a dealer. Perhaps that's why more and more consumers are switching to a more modern way of shopping like, Carvana, Vroom, cars.com, Truecar. If you are still reading this, I would strongly encourage to take your business elsewhere, where the buying experience will be rememberable/enjoyable. 1 More
We moved to the area and I called Galeana for a 60,000 mile checkup. I was treated like I was wasting there time. I asked a simple question if the 60,000 mile inspection was covered under our lifetime war mile checkup. I was treated like I was wasting there time. I asked a simple question if the 60,000 mile inspection was covered under our lifetime warrantee. They said I would have to bring the car in in order to answer this question. Are you kidding me. This was a yes or no question. I talked to two friends and asked if they had experience at Galeana. They both told me to stay away. More
