The new Service Manager is horrible. Run away from this dealership, do not buy from them. A large part of the dealership experience is the service department. She was attentive, responsive, and played a crucial role in ensuring that my concerns were addressed promptly. While challenges can arise, it's the response and service quality that truly matters. I recently had my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited's engine replaced at Galeana Chrysler in Cape Coral, FL. The work was completed on 08/28/2023, after over two months in service. My service advisor was Jason replaced at Galeana Chrysler in Cape Coral, FL. The work was completed on 08/28/2023, after over two months in service. My service advisor was Jason Steinsultz, and the invoice number is 249028. The total amount paid was $13,770.22. Just an hour after picking up my car and while driving back home, my car broke down near Venice, FL. An inspection by Douglas Chrysler in Sarasota revealed that the transmission cooler line had popped out, causing a significant transmission oil leak and subsequent loss of the transmission. The estimated cost for this additional repair is $7,453.09. Despite multiple communications with Galeana Chrysler's Service Manager, Kristi, I have yet to see a resolution. Each day without my car adds to my inconvenience and financial burden, as I've had to rent cars during this period. Adding to the frustration, I've been trying to reach the Customer Relations Manager, Shelly, every day. My calls always go to voicemail, and she has never returned any of my calls. I had hoped for a quick and amicable resolution to these issues, but that has not been the case. If you're considering services from Galeana Chrysler, I would advise proceeding with caution based on my experience. More

Service Department is awful. It’s have purchased my last 3 vehicles here but NEVER again. I brought in my jeep wrangler because it has the infamous death wobble. This is a well known and well documented problem with jeeps. I was sold an extended warranty with my jeep that apparently does not cover this well known concern. My jeep only has 37,000 miles. Now the term DEATH has me a bit concerned- but NOT Chrysler Jeep. The part to repair this issue is on back order so I was charged $100 to get back into an UNSAFE and DANGEROUS vehicle because “Chrysler won’t cover a rental for more than a day” per Jason in the service department. Well how about Galeana give me a lease/rental vehicle until mine is repaired????? So DO NOT TRUST GALEANA. They do not care about the customer - they only care about the money that can scam off you to “diagnose” your vehicle More
