Total Lack of Service My convertible top broke - stuck in an upright position 19 months ago. But this service dept did not care. They were too busy to fix it and I was retu My convertible top broke - stuck in an upright position 19 months ago. But this service dept did not care. They were too busy to fix it and I was returning to Canada in 2 weeks. When I returned - I tried to get it in for service before the warranty on the previous repair expired. Again - they did not care. When I finally got it in 3 weeks later they charged me $400 for the repair but did not replace the broken part. It did not work and I had to pay to have it towed back. They would not even pay for the tow! Then they kept it 3 days and told me thy could not get the part. I ordered the part then took it back. They had my car 12 days but did not have the part (I had called to see if they had the part before I left it). So it was not fixed. I wrote 2 long, detailed emails to the general manager and received NO REPLY!!! There is no excuse for this disrespect and I should never have paid $400 when my car was not fixed. Recently I found the needed part on EBay and phoned to arrange service. Not one rep ever phoned me back to arrange the repair. Worst dealership ever!!! Fortunately Cape Coral Chrysler has opened. I went there. They immediately put the part on and every single person I encountered was wonderful! I live much closer to Galeana but I will NEVER go there agai. They royally ripped me off. As a Second Generation exclusively Chrysler owner - I'm rethinking that due to Galeana! More

Paid cash for my car. I paid to get it certified pre owned and with that I would get a car free of charge to use while my car is being serviced. I was able to negotiate a navigation system to be installed. When I drove off with my car I noticed the navigation system did not have roads that have been constructed in the last 3 years of so....I called my sales person Jeff Martin and asked him what year navigation system was installed ...he looked in my file and in computer and he did not find a navigation system even being installed. He said he would get back to me and never did. I called and spoke to another person in finance and he did not even find my transaction for the car in the computer. Interesting... I was also promised by Martin two new front interior door panels since they are warped. This was noticed when they completed my certified pre owned inspection.... I have gone round and round with numerous employees about this and none of them said this was written in my file....every time I called and spoke to another person the preceding employee did not write my conversation in my file....this is a joke and I realize they are trying to wear me down so I give up....my door panels should be in by mid November....will update this review then to let you know if they have been installed. I scheduled with Chick to go in today to have my navigation system looked at by service dept and no one new anything about it. Need to speak to Carl Galeana or Frank Galeana or Carol Cole as this is a disgusting way to conduct business. More

very impressed I was looking for a new Jeep GC Overland, and couldn't deal with my local dealer back home...after many years and much turnover in the sales team, I g I was looking for a new Jeep GC Overland, and couldn't deal with my local dealer back home...after many years and much turnover in the sales team, I got the impression they were more interested in selling me whatever they could for the sake of the sale, with no regard for what might make me happy. I went to the Galeana website when we arrived for the winter, Al was my first contact and he was able to find me what I wanted within the inventory..I found time to come over to take a look and it was Al's day off..enter David...what a nice guy...told him the stock # that Al provided me.. he took me out to lot, and worked a very nice deal on the new vehicle, and gave me fair trade in value for my 2016 Jeep GC. I then had the pleasure of working with Angel who managed all the paper work, and I left the dealership with the exact vehicle I was looking for. I am also in sales, and I appreciated every effort that was made by all on my behalf, to be sure I was a satisfied customer...and the entire team "nailed it"..Galeana will be my "go to dealership" as long as I continue to come here every year...Good job guys.
