Bought a $70k Jeep Grand Cherokee. Broke down within 4 months. When taken in for warranty work that would take more than a week, they said they don’t have a loaner and wouldn’t do anyt Broke down within 4 months. Just know if you go to Gainesville to and own a new Jeep, you are on your own. Just make sure you budget for a car payment AND car rental when your Jeep doesn’t run. Good luck! More

Oil filter wasn't changed out. After coming back pointing this out to them Logan and Shawn refused to believe me and defended their stance and didn't believe me. I know everyone makes mistakes but they refuse to own up to theirs and lost me as a loyal customer there they didn't even want to listen at my concerns and didn't want to see them proof that I had. They don't value loyal customers I'll be finding an alternative route for vehicle services and oil changes from here on out. More
