Customer service is always great. Had my truck for 6 weeks and when I finally got it back. I delivered my durango Tuesday morning for my 08:00 appointment. Their service department had my vehicle for 6 hours and I didn't here anything from the service advisor. At 2:09pm, I texted the servi appointment. Their service department had my vehicle for 6 hours and I didn't here anything from the service advisor. At 2:09pm, I texted the service chat to ask if I would get my vehicle or a loaner back this evening. After no response, I called at 2:30pm and waited on hold for 30 min as the receptionist tried to get a service advisor or the service manager to answer my question. In 30 minutes, No one could find the time to speak to me. I told the receptionist to advise the service department that I will be picking up my vehicle and taking my business elsewhere. When I came to pickup my vehicle, the service advisor acted like she had no idea why I was there. The service manage was standing in the service department laughing with a mechanic on break. I told the service advisor of my issue, loud enough for the service manager to hear me. She explained that she was the only advisor working. Ireplied loudly, that is why you have a service manager. He decided to take a 30 second call them walk out of the room. The service manager couldn't even speak to me then. I messaged the dealer on their contact us page, explaining my experience and waited 26 hours for them to respond and correct the issue before posting this review. Still no response. The customer service and management at this dealer is a complete failure. This is the second time they had my vehicle for an extended period of time and never worked on it. If you want good chrysler dodge jeep ram service, go to Murray Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Starke at 15160 US-301 S, Starke, FL 32091. Gainesville CDJR doesn't think they have to provide good service because they are the only CDJR warrantee mechanics in town. Murray is only 20 miles away and service is great. Don't let Gainesville CDJR work on your vehicle. More
