My purchase experience with Gainesville Chrysler Dodge Jeep was great. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership during the transaction was friendly and professional. Matt Michelet in finance actually got me a better interest rate than my Credit Union was currently offering me. Daniel Carrichi made sure I felt comfortable pairing my electronics and using the Ram App to access all the info on my new Ram 1500 Classic. During my time at the dealership both the sales manager Cedric McHaney, and the general manager Matt Gianikas went out of their way to meet and chat with me to make sure I was getting all my questions answered and explained, in order to make an informed decision on my purchase. I actually felt like I was at one of those "we treat everybody great because nobody gets to haggle price with us dealerships".................. Except I wasn't! 😉 More

Service was prompt, no waiting for the car to get taken back. Jamie, the service advisor was very helpful, polite, and competent. I just wish the radio software update could’ve been completed while the other work was being done. The vehicle was nicely washed and Jamie even cleaned the inside of the windshield at my request. One of the best service experiences I’ve had in my 10+ years of going to this dealership for vehicle maintenance and repair. More

I wish there was a way to denote HALF of a STAR for this dealership. The sales manager CEDRIC is a poor example of leadership that I have known received, and come to expect from this dealership. It is very disturbing to know that the type of behavior I experienced is acceptable. He [CEDRIC] was very arrogant, condescending, and just straight out disrespectful. He refused to negotiate the price of a vehicle and discredited k. Blue Book or JD Powers stating, "I do not sell cars based off those results..." He then insulted me with an example implying I (consumer) would be a "FOOL" if I sold a car for under it's value. This was a poor example and I found it to be insulting as I was not selling but attempting to buy a car that was priced 13000.00 over the K Blue Book. Even after I attempted to reconcile the experience, CEDRIC NEVER apologized but sent another salesperson who told me on the test drive that the reason the car was pulling to the right was a "safety feature in case the driver fell asleep the car would go off the road to the right. The problem with this theory is this: Suppose the driver is in the third lane???? Ridiculous, to what extent do the insults continue??? I would not recommend anyone especially ELDERLY people to support this dealership. Please share this review with Mr. Sullivan, family and friends! More
