I will admit it up front, I am not an easy customer to deal with. But Daniel was given a task of finding a specific vehicle with specific features AND at a price that was non negotiable for me. In less deal with. But Daniel was given a task of finding a specific vehicle with specific features AND at a price that was non negotiable for me. In less than one day, Daniel found THAT vehicle. When he texted and said he located it, I drove right over. There was a a slight delay in having the vehicle delivered to the dealer but again, based on the photos that Daniel showed me and the reassurances made by Daniel, I purchased the vehicle sight unseen with the promise that it would be delivered to my house the following evening. True to his word, Daniel pulled up to my home at 6:30pm and delivered the vehicle to me. Could not have asked for better service. Daniel and the staff at Gainesville Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep are the greatest. More

Service was great! I was very pleased with my car. Brandon made sure the recall was done. I needed new window whippers, he called me. I told him to go ahead & replace. I was very pleased with my car. Brandon made sure the driver took me home and when car was ready pick me up. I would recommend having your car serviced with dodge Jeep any time! More

Was looking for a gently used vehicle when I found what I wanted at Gainesville CJDR. I reached out to the dealership and Adam, the sales manager, put me in touch with my salesman Matthew. Matthew promptly wanted at Gainesville CJDR. I reached out to the dealership and Adam, the sales manager, put me in touch with my salesman Matthew. Matthew promptly sent me a video of the vehicle showing that all of the power features on the vehicle were in proper working order. I scheduled an appointment for a test drive, to ensure everything was is good working order. Matthew was helpful in answering or getting the answers for all of my questions and even set up better financing than I had arranged prior to going to the dealership! Considering I had a 2 1/2 hour drive to the dealership Matthew and Adam made my car buying experience quick and easy. Total time from arriving to leaving in my “new to me” vehicle was the lowest of any previous car buying experience!! Highly recommend!! More
