I was on a road trip when vehicle broke down 100 miles from home. Went to the local Gainesville Chrysler Dealership and without an appointment, the service manager fit me in, assuming it would not be a ma from home. The tech that last worked on my car has known for months I’m in need a new screen/display and has been less than cooperative. She promised a manager would be calling me to schedule the best time to drop my I’m in need a new screen/display and has been less than cooperative. She promised a manager would be calling me to schedule the best time to drop my car off, in hopes I would be able to have a car loaned to me while mine was being taken care of. No manager called. A couple weeks go by and I get a call from customer service asking if I would fill out a survey with a complementary report. I assured her I would do that( I did) and she promised a manager would reach out to me to assist with my STILL broken screen/display. To this day, nobody has got a hold of me. More
