Our Canyon was ordered in December when your company was still Becker Buick, GMC. That all went well. The truck came in earlier than expected, which also was fine. Shawn was great to work with and helped still Becker Buick, GMC. That all went well. The truck came in earlier than expected, which also was fine. Shawn was great to work with and helped us set up certain features in the truck. He worked hard to get all the points earned and applied them to the purchase price. However, we received only one key fob as the other was nowhere to be found. We still have not received our key fob and no one seems to know what we are talking about when Shawn is not in the showroom/office. It would be nice to have this matter resolved asap. Thanks. More
