Truck was diagnosed with a knock sensor problem on a Monday. Took truck in the next day (first thing in the morning) as I had a 7:30 appt to get it fixed. By 2:30 that day they had just started diagnosis what they already knew was the problem. By 4:30 that day they realized they didn't have the part to fix it. They kept the truck overnight and I didn't get it back until 12:30 on Wednesday. I am not a mechanic but think this took way too much time seeing as all they needed to do was figure out which of the 2 knock sensors needed to be replaced. That shouldn't be an all day diagnosis. I tried getting a loaner vehicle but they don't offer that. More
Service department found that the necessary repair was under warranty and there was no cost to me. I had to leave the car overnight and my service tech was very prompt in contacting me after I left a mess under warranty and there was no cost to me. I was quickly and kindly greeted by a service person. I asked about the name change. He assured me that the service department staff was the same. Did my LOF quickly.
