The service department has always been dependable and gotten things done right the first time. The oil change was handled in a satisfactory way and the employees were all nice. It was great seeing Cheyenne again. as he always helped us in the service dept. before moving across the street. Since it changed ownership it’s very difficult to get through to to the service desk some days, not as organized as it was under Becker. Just not sure how I’ll rate it when there is an issue and that is the ultimate test of a dealership. Owning up to their mistakes. The sales rep we worked initially John Lidgerwood is now gone and he literally came over and always remembered me while I waited for my car to be serviced at times. Not the pushy type of sales person that makes you want to walk off . More
