My accident happened Sunday and by Monday evening my truck was dropped off at Joyce Buick. Harv got me in quickly to get estimate and to order parts. Other body shop couldnt get me in for 2 weeks. Harv explained what was needed and the procedure to fix my truck. He knew I needed my truck for my business and got the work done quickly. The young lady he works with got me into a rental vehicle quickly. The whole experience with Joyce Buick was great. All new parts were ordered and put on truck. I was in the market for a new vehicle. I was referred to Lisa Wenzel by our daughter. We told her what we where interested in and trade-in needs. Lisa took us from the back bumper to under the hood paying attention to every detail. She explained the different options from leasing to purchasing new to purchasing used. In the end we went for the used SUV and it is so wonderful!! The dealership did everything we asked for and went over the vehicle mechanically prior to putting it for sale and included a warranty even with the number of miles on it. We have been Buick owners for many years and needed to downsize. Since I am now the primary driver, I needed to feel more comfortable in a smaller car. With Joe's help I decided on a barely used Honda Civic LS and purchased it the next day. Joe showed me everything amd I mean everything inside and outside the car, and how everything worked. He was very patient and was never rushed. I am very comfortable in my "new" car and love it. We were very pleased with the trade-in of our Buick Lucerne.
