Joseph was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I can't stand pushy salesmen, and he was not like that. Both my husband and I felt at ease with him and that we could trust him. My wife and I recently were shopping the mansfield car lots for a used car, and stopped at Joyce. We were welcomed by Eric Pittman and we explained our hunt for an auto and that we were just shopping aro lots for a used car, and stopped at Joyce. We were welcomed by Eric Pittman and we explained our hunt for an auto and that we were just shopping around at this time. he was very understanding and never pushed, but showed us a few autos that we were interested in. We liked three but wanted to think about our options. At no time did we feel any pressure but was treated great by everyone we came in contact with and told them that we would return after viewing and test driving some other autos we seen in mansfield. We returned to Joyce the following day and Eric took us out on some road tests but we desided that we were interested in the 2008 cadillac DTS. The car was in our price range and in very good condition. We had a few minor concerns that were immediately taken care of and we purchased the car. When we got home we found a few other concerns and called Joyce and were told all would be taken care of. We've had our car for about two weeks now and happy that we decided to deal with JOyce, and as I told Mr. Pittman, if we ever need another car being that we're elderly we will definitely be dealing with Joyce. It was a very pleasant experience and look forward to them taking care of our new car,their service department is wonderful and go out of thier way to make service your car enjoyable. thanks eric and everyone at joyce sorry not good with computers!!!!
