Our experience was outstanding. Matt is very knowledgeable and spent a considerable amount of time with us. We took our Equinox in to have storm damaged to the body repaired. They did a great job with the estimateM and working with our insurance company. We originally chose this dealership because they posted a vehicle online and we were interested, although they were over an hour away. Joe was wonderful to deal with (no pressure, very laid back, but also very enthusiastic!) The negotiation period of buying a car is usually stressful but not in our situation. We offered an amount and the deal we were offered back was so good we couldn't say no. Dealing with Lisa regarding the finance period was amazing ! Everything was so smooth (we were even offered the best homemade cookies!) and everyone treated us like family. Shopping and buying our vehicles at Joyce GMC was an stress free experience. As busy as they were the day we went in, Mr. Joyce kindly entertained us and went for a test drive with us and our kids. She not only knew her product line very well but she has the ability to "close the deal" with a high level of professionalism and friendliness. She makes you feel like family when making a purchase. Certainly I was pleased with the detail she took with me on the phone (not in a pestering way that you see from most car dealers) but in a way to say "when you are ready I am here to assist." My deal was done quickly (as this is how I buy cars) and all details were covered either on the phone or in person. Lisa knows how to sell cars and it appears she "loves her job."
