They ordered mud flaps for my new car, called the next day to say they were in and got me in the next morning to put them on. They said it would take about an hour. The waiting room was warm, comfortable, and the coffee was hot. My car was done in 1/2 hr. Now that is service! I know I will be a loyal customer from now on. The minute we walked through the door, Baron greeted us with a smile & we felt right at home with his pleasant personality! He went above and beyond to answer any & all questions we had regarding the truck we were interested in. We never felt pressured or rushed into making any quick decisions, and even though we kept him way passed closing time, he never complained! Actually, it felt as though we had known him for a lifetime the way we could laugh & joke with him. He was so helpful in giving us information on all of our options to consider in whether we wanted to buy or lease the vehicle. He always adressed both my husband & I, which made me feel important since the truck we were going to lease was for me. In past experiences at other dealerships, the saleman usually only spoke to my husband and just left me sitting there. This was far from the case with Baron. Every employee at Joyce we dealt with was amazing & it was one of the friendliest & pleasant dealerships I have ever been to. I also want to commend, Brian, (I hope that is the right name) who went through all the rebates we would receive & all the time he spent making sure our payment would be where we needed them to be able to afford the truck. We even got to sit down with Mr. Joyce, and he went through all the information on where we would be at the end of our lease & how the process worked if we decided to buy the truck at that time. I was just simply amazed at how "everyone" there really cared about doing whatever it takes to please their customers!! I just can't begin to put into words on how happy I am with each & everyone of them at Joyce Buick! This past weekend Baron even did a follow up call to me to make sure I was still happy with & enjoying my new truck. He ask if I had any further questions regarding the truck, which I did. I explained to him that I forgot exactly how to use the remote start. Guess I was so excited the day I picked the truck up, that I drew a blank on what he had previously told told about it. So, Baron happily explained it all again & went through the steps I needed to use the remote start. I can say one thing for sure, that the next time I buy or lease another vehicle, I will be coming back to Joyce Buick to see Baron, because he definitely won me over from the start! I have been looking online everywhere for a car with a fair price and reasonable salesmen. For weeks i had searched and nothing stood out. I was conviced to call immediately after seeing all the pictures. They looked professionally done and were very clear and showed all the angles of the car, as well as the interior and many of the options included. I called and spoke to a wonderful lady. Lisa Miller, who is the Internet Director there helped me out so much. She made my online search very easy and showed me many options. Without her i would not have come into the dealership. I met her in person and she was as nice as she was in person. Such a great experience and i completely recommend Joyce Buick GMC of Mansfield. The service was excellent as was the people.
