My experience with Lisa was truly one of the best I have ever had with a car salesperson. I am a car salespersons worst nightmare as I typically know what I want and don't give the opportunity to "Sell Me" ever had with a car salesperson. Joe helped me to get a great trade in value for my car once I decided to purchase the Volvo by going to the owners of Joyce Buick with my request, and they took the time to speak with me personally to negotiate the price for my trade in vehicle that I needed in order to make this purchase. Joe started working hard to help me as soon as I met him, and I have never had such a positive experience at a car dealership. I hardly had to do anything throughout the whole process of buying my new car because the entire staff took care of everything. I arranged financing with an outside company before purchasing the car, but Joyce Buick found a financer for me with an interest rate that was more than one percentage point lower! Joe and the Joyce team made every effort to make this investment cost less than the budget I was working with. I cannot say enough how much they helped me to get the best value from beginning to end.
