My wife and I was looking for a late model used SUV with three row seating. We went to Joyce Buick GMC because of the service that we have received in the past with two other GM cars; they fix the cars and three row seating. Joe showed us several used vehicles that fit our needs, but when he showed the 2008 Outlook, it really caught our eye. It was probably the cleanest, almost "like new" SUV that I have ever seen. It was almost too good to be true - it was truly a "Cream Puff". My only concern was the high mileage so I ask Joe if they could put it on their lift and pull all the wheels so that I could inspect the brakes, suspension, etc.. They were happy to do that and one of their lead technicians was there to answer all my questions. That was the final step that gave me the peace of mind that this vehicle was an above average of any thing I have seen. We were greeted by Eric who immediately took us to see the Hyundai Santa Fe that I had my eye on. He answered all of my questions honestly and joined us for a very nice test drive. Upon our return the team of salespeople were willing to answer our questions about a warranty even though we hadn't decided if we were going to make a purchase. Once all the discussions were finalized the sales team graciously offered us $20 in gift cards to go get dinner and told us that the paperwork would be done when we returned. They filled the Santa Fe with gas knowing that I would have an hour drive home and stayed well past closing time to finish up the paperwork. The day that I went to test drive the van I purchased I didn't feel comfortable driving because I was having some sciatica problems. Eric was nice enough to drive me on my test drive and explain every option on the vehicle.
