My husband and I are always hesitant when it comes to purchasing a car. In the past, our experiences have been far from pleasant. At Joyce Buick of Mansfield, we walked in the door and immediately felt w purchasing a car. In the past, our experiences have been far from pleasant. At Joyce Buick of Mansfield, we walked in the door and immediately felt welcomed by Matt. He sat us down and asked what WE wanted and tailored our purchase to our needs and budget. No other car dealership has ever done that for us. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and comforted when making such a big purchase. We didn't feel trapped by gimmicks of stealing car keys and credit cards to keep us from leaving if we weren't interested in purchasing a car. We didn't have to keep talking them down with the price. Matt Molnar was honest, introduced us to a beautiful car, and made it work for us! I love my new Acadia and will be happy to come back in the future for other purchases! xx 12/12/13 More
I recently purchased a used 2008 GMC Canyon 4x4 w/ 29000 miles from Joyce Buick GMC of Mansfield. This is the 3rd vehicle we've purchased from a dealership, and the 2nd from Joyce. The sales staff (Butch Da miles from Joyce Buick GMC of Mansfield. This is the 3rd vehicle we've purchased from a dealership, and the 2nd from Joyce. The sales staff (Butch Davis) is courteous and professional. The 'finance guy' (whose name I can't recall) spent a decent amount of time ensuring I could get the best deal available, even so much as giving me a little over book for my trade-in to get the payments where I needed them to be in order to make the purchase. Lisa Wenzel who handled the paperwork was knowledgeable, informative, and efficient (fast!). All of the players were courteous and worked diligently to ensure I was able to drive off the lot w/ what I wanted, at a price I could afford. More

I worked with a salesman for over two weeks and was ready to make a deal. I wanted an additional $250 for my trade in. I felt their offer for my car was too low, according to the Kelly Blue Book. Joyce) he proceeded to lecture me on overhead and gave every excuse under the sun for not approving the additional $250. I had purchased the trade in new from this dealership. All maintenance and repairs over the last five years has been done by this dealership. I have been a loyal customer for over five years, It is almost unbelievable an owner would choose to lose a $20,000 sale and thousands of dollars of future business over $250. Not to mention the bad will he has created. The one bright spot in this dealership is the service dept. The repair techs are the best ambassadors for this dealership. Karl is an outstanding person. It's too bad his boss is such a jerk! More
