WE PURCHASED A NEW GMC TERRAIN FROM JOYCE BUICK. JIM MASON WAS OUR SALESMAN AND MY HUSBAND AND I WERE BOTH IMPRESSED WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE OF NOT ONLY THE TERRAIN BUT ANY OTHER VEHICLE THAT WE MENTIONED TH MASON WAS OUR SALESMAN AND MY HUSBAND AND I WERE BOTH IMPRESSED WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE OF NOT ONLY THE TERRAIN BUT ANY OTHER VEHICLE THAT WE MENTIONED THAT THEY SOLD AT THEIR DEALERSHIP. HE WAS EFFICIENT AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. HE ALSO INTRODUCED US TO BRIAN ROBERTS THE SALES MANAGER. HE WAS VERY CONGENIAL AND MADE US FEEL WELCOME. WHEN JIM TOOK US OUT TO GO OVER OUR TERRAIN WITH US THE DAY WE PURCHASED IT, HE WENT OVER EVERYTHING INSIDE THE VEHICLE AND SET UP OUR BLUETOOTH AND TOOK CARE OF OUR ONSTAR. I went to JB Mansfield, in late December, because I knew Eric P. was an excellent car salesman. I was disappointed that he was not in on the day that I went to the dealership. From the beginning to the end, he went over and beyond to roll out the red carpet. He was a total gentelman! Also LIsa Wenzel, in the finance department, was absolutely amazing. She sure knew how to make me feel right at home. JB should be proud and honored to have these three individuals on their team. I love my 2013 equinox. The tire pressure was low when I got it home. so that is the only reason for the 4 in overall experience. I would reccomend JB Mansfield and I will most definately return in the future! The entire staff I dealt with at Joyce Buick was extremely friendly, helpful and pressure free. My first visit I was introduced to Zach who eagerly assisted me in test driving the Enclave I had cho extremely friendly, helpful and pressure free. My first visit I was introduced to Zach who eagerly assisted me in test driving the Enclave I had chosen to drive. While on the ride he was very helpful in answering all my questions. During my second visit Zach was off sick and I was introduced to Dave. Dave is so good at his job that he actually sold the Enclave that I had driven the day before....lol so I had to driven another one they had on the lot that was a bit more expensive. While on that ride Dave provided more information about the car than I have ever gotten on an automobile. He knew how to operate every feature on that car, educated me on several items about the drive train and I was extremely impressed. At this point I was still in between an Enclave and another brand of car at a different lot but I honestly wanted to continue driving so I could learn more and more about this car and it's features. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. At the end of the ride I had not made up my mind completely and then Dave offered for me to keep the car over night. After driving it the remainder of that evening my mind was made up, I wanted the car. I called the next day and with a couple concerns and between Zach and Greg, the sales manager, everything was addressed and with no hassle what so ever and the car was mine. I have bought several cars over the years and I've dealt with every major dealership in Mansfield and several others in different towns in the area and this experience easily ranks among the best I've had. On New Years Eve, 2013, I had so many problems with my old car, that I was determined to go to Joyce Buick and purchase an automobile. I called and found out that they closed at 5. After that, their business manager, Lisa Wenzel, who is so knowledgeable in her field, worked past business hours and made it possible for me to drive my car home that evening. We had purchased our first Buick 50 years ago from Joyce and there was no doubt that I would go anywhere else, which I had not. I wasn't really ready to buy a new car, but when talking to Pat Harnett he made it so easy to go through the process.
