My expieriance at Joyce Buick was a very good one. From the first time in the door everyone was very friendly. Matt and I discussed what I was looking for, then he started to pull up different trucks on th the first time in the door everyone was very friendly. He ran all the numbers to figure the best pricing. He explained all the new options and gadgets on the new trucks as we sat and drove one. I had some options / items installed by the dealership and eveything was first class. Lisa went thru the loan process and explained the extended warrenties available. She worked with me on tailoring a warrenty and did NOT try to push anything that was not wanted. Both of these people represented Joyce Buick in a very knowledgable and profesional manner. More
