I have never negotiated a deal and then have the contract not read that way. They got me to take my eye off the ball with the payment talk... I know better but I have Never had a dealer do this to me. This is my 6th car purchase in 15 years and I have Never been treated this way. More
They were the only ones in the Bay area to have the exact car I wanted, so off I drive. I had to jump back and forth between my "greeter" who was nice, but knew nothing and the salesman who who was out of s car I wanted, so off I drive. Although I called ahead that I wanted the car and was ready to deal, they jerked me around for over an hour and just told me to go to finance and pay without even showing me a figure. I ask salesman for a price and away he goes (no sales office here, just open room at a table) and comes back with a cryptic paper with a small figure which he says is the price and next to it the MSRP. OK, still looks right as I did my homework already. So I make an offer about 1500 less and he gives me this look like I am offending him. Sorry, he says, that is the price and we are barely making anything on it. I tell him if he won't ask I am leaving. He goes off to ask and comes back ten minutes later. You can imagine the loveing feeling flowing now. He drops the price 400 bucks and waives the etched glass add on I was not told about nor wanted. Counter offer: he looks like he wants to kick my arse now, but off he goes. Nothing more offered, but he will tell finance guy to give me service contract at employee cost. I would have preferred a sandwich. All right off to financing where the door is closed and salesman is gone and the real sell begins. Blah blah gap 700, blah blah Xzilont coating and insurance 700, maint 2700, service 2100...WTF?????? Oh well maybe you are not a severe driver and we can reduce the service 10 bucks..NO NO NO! How about I give you any one of these at our own employee discount? Oh really, tell me more....lie lies llies. Get me out of here!!! Car checkout with greeter as salesman is gone. Kid does not know how the car works or any of the cool features. I showed him a few like BT connecting and scrolling between audio sources and how iPod DOEs work in the console. So they knew nothing about the car and the finance guy tried to sell me services I clearly stated I did not want. Go elsewhere! But I do really love my car!!!!!! More
This Dealership is wonderful. I purchased a brand new Murano from Brandin in the Internet Department 2 years ago and we just went back for a used 2008 infinty. The process was great! I had been searching online for a very specific used QX56 and could not find one anywhere in the color I was searching for. I called Brandin to see if they had one, and at the that time they didn't.I had spoken to a lot of different dealerships over the past month, so I wasn't holding my breath when he told me that he was going to keep his eyes out for one for me and call me if he was able to find one. So you can imagine my surprise when he called me a two weeks later and told me that they had just purchased a 2008 QX56 in Silver with less than 20,000 miles. I had just located one in southern California and was considering flying down there to buy it, so the fact that the dealership in my backyard had found one for me was outstanding. There was no negotiating at all, the price he quoted me was quite a bit less than I was expecting to pay. Shortly after I puchased the vehicle there was a problem with the alignment and they took care of it no questions asked. It surprises me that anyone has ever had a bad experience with this dealership, I have now purchased 2 vehicles from them and have all of my service done there. The people are GREAT, very friendly and helpful. More
I have never had such a bad experience at a car dealership. The staff at Future Nissan is only concerned about making money and is very deceiving. There sales are very high pressure. They treat you like you are stupid. Called and offered a price on a used car they had on the lot. Went to financing to find the car was 1,500 more than what was discussed on the phone. They also offered me 1/5th of the low blue book value for my trade, wanted $4k in cash, and was trying to charge 13% interest rate, making the car payment much higher than a new car fully financed. After I refused the offer they came back after a minute and offered 9% and slightly more for my trade it. I left without making a deal. They called the next day saying there was great news, but after my initial experience, I am no longer interested in hearing what they have to say. More
Worst experience ever. Everything they said was a lie! They will even go as far as to print out false Insurances quotes. These guys are the epotemy of the "Bad Sales Guy" They called me back the next day and said "hey great news: we got you a smoking deal on interest rate 8.95" That was down from the quoted 11.95, then 10.95 wow, you think maybe they could have given me that rate to begin with? Nope, why? because they are out to screw you seriously.... Stay away from them at all costs or it will cost you all! More

That took 5 hrs and all they said is oh you need to schedule that detail somewhere else like in sales, so i took it in the follown day and they tell me it will only take 2 hrs when it took 6 hrs. I was so stressed didnt have daycare planned so you could only imagen how that went. We will never buy another car nor recomend eny friends or family to this place they are insane. Everyone seams to know nothing its like they are so confused i dont even think they know what year we are in. If this was a good dealer i think for 1 they should of detailed that car befor it even hit lot. Enywaise thaks god i will never lay a foot in that place... More

This dealership does not offer a 72 hr cool off period and does not guarantee their cars. I purchased a used vehicle from them and changed my mind on the car within 24 hrs and they attempted to charge me and does not guarantee their cars.
