First car buy Customer service is okay and they really try to work with what you have to get you the car you want. I am disappointed that they wouldn't negotiate car price after showing the kbb price. They said the kbb value is simply a "suggestion" for the car price. BEWARE of focusing on the monthly payment rather than overall car price. I know we could have gotten a better price than the one they gave us. If you are going in to buy a car from here definitely get the price down as much as you can because a good chunk of the "overall price" goes to their commission. Generally happy with the customer service, not so much the price of the car. We ended up returning the car. More
