Very unhappy customer Chris helped me. Found a car that I really like I let him know before we stared what I could afford what I wanted pretty much let him know that I did Chris helped me. Found a car that I really like I let him know before we stared what I could afford what I wanted pretty much let him know that I did not want to waste his time or mine. So we came up with a number I was happy with. Then my husband was only co-signing for me. He had him put his information first husband and I thought that was odd and asked Chis my husband is only co-signing why is he going first in the loan. Chris is oh oh it's no big deal he is fine it's ok he can go first he is only the co-signer ok no big deal he does this for a leaving right (wrong found that out today will till that in a minute) so we go into finance sign all the paperwork and we were at the dealership forever. Chris has put all the temp license place on I have cleaned my car out that I just treaded in a put everything in my brand new rouge and. All of a sudden Chris said they don't match ? What doesn't match? The vin number the whole time he had the wrong car by this time we were there already several hours we were tired and I was ready. He tried to tell me the car that matched the vin number was a basic rouge with nothing ok when did this happen? To say the least I was pissed and not leaving with out the car that I thought I had just bought and now has all my stuff in. The sales guy was very nice and tried his best to save Chris butt and honestly I was not going to say or write anything until today when I found out not only was my husband not the co-signer was he the primer account holder of my car. To say the least I am Infuriated to say the least. Oh I left a few things out I had to go back to finance and change my payment to 20$ more a month yeah that may not seem like much but when you have already went over your budge and think ok I can do it then turn around and say ops that will be another 20$ a month. Then I get to my daughter house which she was sick so I had been trying to rush to get to her because half way through the deal she had called me to tell me she was ill but at that time we were waiting for finance so was stuck. Chris calls my husband and says oh I gave you the wrong spare key that key goes to the suv that the original vin number bling to. SERIOUSLY! never never again I have always bought my cars at Elk Grove Nissan and I will never ever go to Roseville again. Very bad service Sincerely unhappy Lora Delizo More

What also made his level of service stand out was the fact that we told him upfront we weren’t buying anything that day but trying to figure out what car we wanted to move forward with once we heard back about our current vehicle status and he still spent so much time reviewing everything and making suggestions. On top of that his follow up was outstanding. He would check in on us the days following our visit to see if we had questions and what was happening with our other car.
