Jonathon, Josh, and Zack got me in and out in a couple of hours all while providing the best customer service as possible. They treated me like family, guided me through the process seamlessly, and made buying the car the least stressful thing out of my whole experience. They broke things down for me so they were easy to understand and treated me with the upmost respect. They took the time to do things right and were extremely efficient. They were able to get me the car of my dreams with my budget in mind and in the very limited time frame I had. They went above and beyond to get me what I needed and easily worked with my budget and were very easy to negotiate with. They have certainly gained a lifelong customer in me. 10/10 would recommend stopping by and letting Jonathon, Josh, and Zack take care of you and your car buying needs. More

Sucks services This dude does not know how to communicate. Very rediculous. I stopped by at 10:30 am with my appointment. I had to wait until 2:30 for the oil change to be done. And he canceled the car wash without my permission, so I had to wait for another 30 minutes. He never apologized. Very rude. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Bought a used Toyota truck last night from this dealership. When running numbers with the salesman, there was a $199 dealer-fee for "etching" called EXPRESS CODE. This fee was explicitly defined as OPTIONAL on ALL documentation, and the salesman confirmed that I was not required to pay for it if I didn't want it (and I did not want it at all). Fast forward over an hour, and we're in the finance room, where the finance guy shows me a paper with the $199 fee, and I declined it. The finance guy said it's not optional, and it has to be paid for or there's no deal. I asked to discuss this with the salesman who told me otherwise; he came in and apologized for mis-speaking, claiming that their dealership had already paid the fee, and then needed to charge it to me to be reimbursed. I was ready to walk out the door (yes, for a $199 difference), but unfortunately my wife was with me and she doesn't like "causing a scene" so I ended up reluctantly buying the truck anyway. Now I'm stuck leaving negative reviews on this dealership all over the internet because they weren't willing to do the right thing. Attention Future Auto Group, I hope that $199 was worth it... Also, I know their used-car buying team does NOT overpay for the inventory they take in. If/when this dealership tells you they paid $3k over trade-in value, and they try to negotiate off of that inflated price, you need to walk out the door fast. More

too many problems, no apologies or follow-thru Had my 2017 in for warranty work, received call to pick-up car but it was repaired wrong and my advisor had gone for the day. Another advisor, Zahan, Had my 2017 in for warranty work, received call to pick-up car but it was repaired wrong and my advisor had gone for the day. Another advisor, Zahan, jumped in to help as mechanics were leaving for the day. Zahan did get the car fixed, with me literally in the service bay doing half of the work (insurance coverage??). Afterwards, no follow-thru from the dealership - Zahan was great but me, the customer, should not have been the first person to find out the work had not been done right. Last week, invoice said work was done, leaving the dealer I found some work was not done. Called service advisor with no resolution so reached out to Tom Serpico to resolve. He had the Service manager (Tom Ley) call me, and later I received a partial refund. No apology, no offer to take better care next visit, no follow-up from Tom Serpico. I gotta guess these guys just don't care - make the money on vehicles sales, customer care is just a hassle to them. Pity, I really like my Nissan car! More

He is really professional and i love the way he intruduced the car, whihc will make you fall in love with the car even more. Not only that, he doesn't give customers pressure that we have to buy the car right away, he is 100% respect no matter what customer decide. I highly recommend Amir if you are thinking about getting a car from Roseville Nissan, he will not let you down! More
