The absolute worst Dealership I’ve ever had to deal with, they scheme to get you in there you leave with a car with no paperwork. Only for warranty work, not "Suggested maintenance" Warranty was work was fine and better than most for a bad CVT trans. replacement on a 2014 Sentra. Nissan stepped up on these if your car is under 84k you are most likely covered. But after that we received a list of over 2k repairs that don't seem valid and we had another shop confirm that. The service advisor or the tech is trying to hard to sell things that don't pass the smell test. More

No pressure, very open conversations from my Sales rep (Michael Roos). I walked away feeling confident about my purchase for the budget I have and for my needs. As a woman, I am guarded about being spoken "down" to or having my needs minimalized. Michael and team were incredibly patient - answering all my questions without feeling like I had to make a decision right on the spot. By the time I made my decision there was no buyer's remorse feelings (as I have had in the past).
