I have been treated very well in the Service Department at Future Nissan of Folsom. I visited another dealer’s service center and no one greeted me. Finance guy that processed paperwork is sleezy. Regular oil change and maintenance I called to let them know I was going to be late and it was no problem. They told me it would be about 2 hours and it was only 1 hour so I was pleasa I called to let them know I was going to be late and it was no problem. I am blown away by Edgar's commitment to provide the best service, timely response and pure dedication. Edgar had to deal with a warranty company that was not the easiest to deal with but he continued to con service, timely response and pure dedication. Edgar had to deal with a warranty company that was not the easiest to deal with but he continued to contact them everyday (several times a day) for a solid week to get approval for transmission replacement. Edgar kept in contact with me everyday letting me know what steps he had taken and with whom he spoke to at the warranty company. I will always bring my Nissan to Edgar and Future Nissan. More
