I made an appointment for 3pm and didn’t get out until 5pm. Although the person who assisted me was friendly. The overall service was not to my standards. The only negative is I still have NOT received my paperwork. I called Michael twice & he said he talked to the Office in Roseville and they had NO explanation as to why ? I bought the car on the 14th of August, but have not received any of the paperwork as of today ? I have no idea what is taking so long to receive my copies ? The employees at this dealership are knowledgeable about their vehicles, they are there to listen to what you want so they can try to match you with the best vehicle possible.
