My experience with Edgar in service wasn’t the customer service we provide in the business I own. Edgars over aggressiveness and failure to respect me the customer was not pleasant. Marcus the service service we provide in the business I own. Edgars over aggressiveness and failure to respect me the customer was not pleasant. Marcus the service manager did make sure my vehicle was ready on time. Edgar calling me to talk to him with his finger and then the conversation going out loud in front of the other service writers was poor judgement Edgar scolded me in front of his peers until i asked Edgar to step outside and talk. I was very upset and disappointed with his lack of people skills and patience. I will not return to Edgar for any of my repairs again. I spent a lot of money on my Nissan Maxima and don’t know that i would buy a second car there again. Mark Benavidez More

I was having transmission issues, I called the service department and they were able to get me an appointment within a couple hours. After the diagnostic, the work was done a couple of days later.
