I purchased a used vehicle back in June from this dealer and it turned out to a terrible experience. It was like going back in time to the 70’s and 80’s where they will say or do anything to get you to dri and it turned out to a terrible experience. It was like going back in time to the 70’s and 80’s where they will say or do anything to get you to drive a vehicle off the lot. It was an out of state purchase and they assured me they knew what they were doing, but it was anything but correct. I had the vehicle delivered to an address where it was then loaded on a transporter to ship out of state. I paid CA taxes on a vehicle I personally ever drove on CA roads, but I’m on the road a lot so I didn’t even care about that as long as I could get it registered to my ho e address in another state. I purchased the extended warranty from Portfolio which turned out to a big rip off as it only works at the dealer you purchase from and only out of the area with pre approval. Within 100 miles, transmission went out and claim was denied...the dealer had a difficult time getting me a tag and my temporary expired before I finally received them (physically picking them up from the dealer). My experience was so bad, I felt compelled to warn others and I’m not someone to post anything positive or negative about a business. When all is said and done, this deal cost me an additional $9,483.00 in expenses above the cost of the actual vehicle. You’re better off buying from Carvana and avoiding the BS this dealer slings to make a deal. More
