Sound Issues When I was dropping off my truck I needed the shuttle and the cashier and the shuttle driver stood there while discussing my truck issue with the serv When I was dropping off my truck I needed the shuttle and the cashier and the shuttle driver stood there while discussing my truck issue with the service writer shooting dirty looks at me and then when I go to get in the car keep in mind I'm 54 years old I am disabled and had had hand surgery 2 months ago that is a 3 + month recovery and I go to get into the car which they were already in and the driver was in the car as well and I had to go up to the driver window and ask how do I get in and the older gentleman behind him got out to let me in an I had to climb over the seat, which wasn't good for me and then I asked him if he was coming over to a certain area which is where I live and he goes we'll get to that after I drop off the first customer and I'm like okay he was a very rude young man. Thankfully the men said take her first because her stop is closer than mine. Bless the male passenger's. I spoke to Mr. Fisher regarding the issue and he sent Bob he was great. Mr. Fisher was great too. More

Gear shift problem I had a problem with the car not seeming to be aware that the car was in park. Future Ford checked this out and installed a new gear shift lever.
