Great service - I am ECSTATIC! Gavin Ramirez was amazing from the beginning. Having recently totaled my car and after going to a number of dealerships, I was worried that I wouldn't find something I loved or could afford. Equally concerning was the thought of being about being taken advantage of. I mentioned this to Gavin and he assured me he would get me the best deal possible. At the very start Gavin said, "I want to find that car where you say you LOVE IT". He never oversold a car and was upfront about all the pros and cons. When you're buying a car you sometimes only see the positive attributes in cars and it is hard to know what to look for. He was determined to put me in something that I really wanted and needed and not just to make a sale. Gavin asked all of the right questions. From interior likes and dislikes to brands and features. He showed me new features on different models which was fun to learn about. He let me know what was available and didn't take me to cars outside of my budget which I really appreciated. He was attentive to the things I said I wasn't crazy about and took note of positive reactions until finally finding the perfect car for me! I ended up buying a brand new 2018 Ford Fusion SE with a Magnetic color paint job. I absolutely love it. Gavin took the time to show me the ins and outs of my car contrary to my previous experiences at Ford dealerships.He was patient and worked with me majority of the day. Gavin even helped me take my rental back AFTER THE SALE which he didn't have to do! Great conversation and really everyone was amazing at this dealership. I also feel I will be treated well AFTER this purchase and that these people are genuine. I felt like a VIP while I was there. Everyone went above and beyond to work in my budget as well as offering me a great deal. The finance guy, Kieth, went the extra mile to make me happy and I couldn't be happier with my new car. I also got great help from David Quinn. In the end, we found exactly what I wanted. Every checkbox hit and even some I didn't know I wanted! Thank you so much again, everyone, for making this process painless. And a special thanks to Gavin for helping me find the perfect car WITH a sunroof! ha-ha. More

This Is A VIP Car My vehicle is a 2016 Shelby GTE convertible that was originally purchased from Future Ford in October 2015 as a Mustang GT Premium convertible. In Ma My vehicle is a 2016 Shelby GTE convertible that was originally purchased from Future Ford in October 2015 as a Mustang GT Premium convertible. In May 2017 it was subsequently shipped to Shelby American in Las Vegas to be converted to a Shelby GTE convertible. Sometime during the last week of June, I started to notice a thumping sound somewhere near the rear axle when ever I encountered any bumps in the road. I contacted the Warranty Dept at Shelby American, Las Vegas and was told to take it to Future Ford since they are the closest Ford Dealer authorized to perform warranty work on Shelby cars. My Future Ford Service Advisor, Jeff Heath, told me he had scheduled the work to be done by Future Ford"s "SVT Guy". Note: Future Ford did NOT make me wait what appears to be 3 weeks to get in for this service; I had some travel commitments and July 16th was the first date when all of the parties involved would be present. When I arrived at Future, Jeff had already made all the necessary plans. He picked up the phone and called Future's Commercial Vehicle Service Center (offsite) and told them "This is a VIP Car" and he is on his way there now". With that he gave me directions and I drove to the nearby location. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the Service Dispatcher who confirmed that I was the owner of the "VIP CAR". A few minutes later, Joe Arnds, SVT Factory Trained Tech, came out to the waiting area and asked for me. What a great experience. Joe was the most polite person I have ever dealt with. He was genuinely interested in my problem and showed great confidence he definitely knew what needed to be done to correct the problem. Turns out the driver's side Ford Performance Borla exhaust had some how become misaligned and was resting on the underneath cross member that is unique to the convertible cars. For good measure, Joe also checked and realigned the passenger side pipe also; both from the cat back. Next Joe came to get me and we test drove it around the area. Joe sent me back to Jeff at the Future Service Area where he finished off the paperwork for Shelby American. Very Smooth!!! "This is a VIP Car", that is the attitude Future Ford has toward me and I totally appreciate it!!! More

Satisfaction I'm very satisfied with the service and have enjoyed my new Fusion for 4 years of trouble free driving but I am not sure the additional monthly fee I'm very satisfied with the service and have enjoyed my new Fusion for 4 years of trouble free driving but I am not sure the additional monthly fee with my loan for free servicing is worth the money. I did not buy my explorer here, I just take it here for con. Service is average. I asked for help tracking my maintenance and they said they couldn’t because I didn’t buy my explorer there. Crap. great people , great place we have gone to future ford for buying a car (escape 2005, which is still in great shape and a beautiful van. all maintenance done has been excellent we have gone to future ford for buying a car (escape 2005, which is still in great shape and a beautiful van. all maintenance done has been excellent. the only problem we have ever had with it was that the gaskets dried up after 60k and had to be replaced. recently we went for an oil change and they were too slow, compared to speedy, but they did a good job and rotated the tires too, and washed the car. they go out of their way. wish they hurried up a little on the oil change & tire rotation and inspection, though., 3 hours!! also, we had the leather come off one of our door panels and they fixed it free, and were very very nice to us. it was a good experience. More
