The wrong part was ordered to repair my cover for the bed of my new pickup. I have driven to Front Royal and back 2 times for this repair form Alexandria. Feel that dealership should’ve offered to pay for service needed on truck since problems with engine/exhaust causing driving issues occurred within 30 day window of buying vehicle and buying extended warrant needed on truck since problems with engine/exhaust causing driving issues occurred within 30 day window of buying vehicle and buying extended warranty costing an additional $5,000 did not cover any of the problems associated with the need for service so soon after purchasing the vehicle. It was obvious Roy did not want to even discuss the issue and was evasive with his responses and just wanted to quickly end the conversation. All other people involved in sale, financing and service of truck were good to deal with especially Roland of financing who went above and beyond to at least try to help in some way and took time to go over everything and was very helpful and respectful of my issues and concerns.
