All the employees at Front Royal Ford really set the bar high for the competition. Especially Amber, who was polite, professional, and helpful on the phone. Unfair pricing I was overcharged for the tires. Found the same 4 tires at other places $30 cheaper. Found out that a card for for service was no longe4 accepted at I was overcharged for the tires. Found the same 4 tires at other places $30 cheaper. Found out that a card for for service was no longe4 accepted at an authorized dealership which resulted in me having to run up credit cards in order to pay for tires and inspection. The service rep quoted me price of $903, I asked if this included everything and was told yes. He then came up with a total of $971 and said he had no way of calculating taxes. I was charged to discard tires and also for mounting new tires. If I had know that my card was unacceptable and that I would be cheated in such a blatant manner, I would have taken my business elsewhere. If these trying times I am heartbroken to know that I was Cheated in such a way. Make no mistake, you will never get my business again. I will drive to Northeren Virginia where I will not be taken advantage of. More

Great experience, I called in the evening and Amber went the extra mile making sure the car was there and would be ready to take out the next day.
