I brought my vehicle in for a speaker phone issue. The speaker wasn't clear on the receiver's end. Once checked it was determined that all vehicles like mine have the same issue. Once the part was received, I took my vehicle in for installation. It was found that the wrong color part had been shipped and received. The correct color part was expedited and received 2 days later and installed. Travis was constantly concerned with making us happy with the service we received on our vehicle. Because of this, we decided to have an oil change and a tire repaired while it was in the shop. More
