Outstanding customer service from Jared and every single employee there. All the way back to the financing department they all went out of their way to make sure that we felt like family. I purchased a car at Front Royal Ford this week. My sales person was Ms. Destiny Castro. Ironically, I had been trying to get information on this vehicle from another individual at this dealership and sales person was Ms. Destiny Castro. Ironically, I had been trying to get information on this vehicle from another individual at this dealership and got the complete run around for three days prior to contacting Ms. Castro. Upon contacting Ms. Castro, she was kind, polite, respectful, professional and very knowledgeable. Ms. Castro was able to answer all questions asked in a manner that was clear and very easy to understand. Ms. Castro’s attitude and demeanor, to include her knowledge of the vehicle I punched were instrumental in me securing the purchase of a vehicle at this dealership. Thanks to Ms. Castro, this was the best experience I have ever had with buying a vehicle. I’m extremely grateful for all that she did on my behalf and would highly recommend her to others who are interested in purchasing a vehicle from Front Royal Ford. I found my car on AutoTrader. I sent a request for info and Alice Rohman (Internet Manager) replied very quickly and assisted with getting my car held and ready for me. Upon arriving, Caleb Nelson proce and Alice Rohman (Internet Manager) replied very quickly and assisted with getting my car held and ready for me. Upon arriving, Caleb Nelson processed the sale. His service was exceptional, polite, and professional. He went over everything, even if I needed clarification. He made sure I understood everything. Transaction was done well. The only problem was with the paperwork. I had to call a week and a half later to find out where it was. Took a couple more days to track it down but they sent it overnite once it paperwork. I had to call a week and a half later to find out where it was. The truck was still drivable with the 30 day tags so it wasn't a big deal with the papers, just wish that would have been explained a little better. It's tough to check the mail box every day and wonder where it is then have to call and wait a few more days for an answer (it was over a weekend to be fair). More
