When we arrived the truck we were interested in was right out front and ready to test drive! Any questions we had - Jared answered right away. If he wasn't 100% sure he looked into the answer and gave us correct information, instead of just making it up as he went. We have already recommended Jared to others & will continue to do so! Great experience, I called in the evening and Amber went the extra mile making sure the car was there and would be ready to take out the next day. Made a phone call to front Royal Ford and talk to Amber on the phone set up a meeting with her. When arriving at the dealership we found one of the most pleasant sales people we have ever met took care of on the phone set up a meeting with her. No Pressure Sales I went to the dealership simply to look at a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, my only intention was to look. My first observation since the dealership ha I went to the dealership simply to look at a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, my only intention was to look. My first observation since the dealership has new management was that the second I arrived I did not observe 5-10 sales people standing in the front lot waiting for the next customer to pull in. I was able to spend a few minutes looking at the vehicle before I was approached by a sales person. Clifford was excellent and explained all of the features. There were no high pressure tactics of any type. In the end I ended up trading in a Tacoma I purchased new less than one and a half years earlier for an F150 that better suited by changing needs. Clifford was an excellent sales person and knows his product far better than most sales people. It was clear that he is truly a dedicated sales person who knows the details of what he is selling as well as all of the warranties offered (most car sales people refer to the Monroney Sticker for equipment and vehicle details, Clifford did not need to). The rest of the process was quick and fair. There was no pressure in the finance office and the transaction took far less time than most of the dealerships I have dealt with. I highly recommend Clifford as a sales person and also highly recommend Front Royal Ford as an alternative to heading towards Northern Virginia for a Ford. More
