Very disappointed in the service I received at the dealership today. My husband called in for an appointment and spoke with Amy. An appointment was made for 8am. Got there and checked in and waited fo dealership today. My husband called in for an appointment and spoke with Amy. An appointment was made for 8am. Got there and checked in and waited for 2hrs and 49minutes. For an oil change and a light to be checked. When I went back to check on the status of my vehicle I was told there were others cars in before mine and they would get to when they could. I said I had an appointment and was told I’m sorry ma’am we don’t make appointments. Then why were we told by Amy we had one? During these times an appointment should be allowed. We were not able to social distance while waiting in the waiting room. Not to mention the quality of the chairs in the waiting room were horrible. Ripped and torn very unprofessional looking. I feel like Ford didn’t value me as a customer who has purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership in the last two years. I understand they do walk in service but customers who purchase their and do all their vehicle maintenance here should be able to make an appointment and not have to wait over 2 hours for service. More

All the employees at Front Royal Ford really set the bar high for the competition. Especially Amber, who was polite, professional, and helpful on the phone. Unfair pricing I was overcharged for the tires. Found the same 4 tires at other places $30 cheaper. Found out that a card for for service was no longe4 accepted at I was overcharged for the tires. Found out that a card for for service was no longe4 accepted at an authorized dealership which resulted in me having to run up credit cards in order to pay for tires and inspection. The service rep quoted me price of $903, I asked if this included everything and was told yes. He then came up with a total of $971 and said he had no way of calculating taxes. I was charged to discard tires and also for mounting new tires. If I had know that my card was unacceptable and that I would be cheated in such a blatant manner, I would have taken my business elsewhere. If these trying times I am heartbroken to know that I was Cheated in such a way. Make no mistake, you will never get my business again. I will drive to Northeren Virginia where I will not be taken advantage of. More
