We kicked tires at one local dealer. Very nice and helpful. Would've bought there, but no '12 models in the color/package that we preferred. Found a somewhat desirable '12 at another dealer. Really good dealer. Would've bought there too. Ended up at Shenandoah because they happened to have the '12 with the right colors and features. Nice dealership, easy to work with. Friendly easy-going staff. Overall, a very pleasant experience. More

It was like the other dealership could not be bothered.....and was into playing games..making me wait forever for counter offers. after a lot of time, i finally got my terms but i walked because i did not like the dealership or the experience. In a short time i made the same deal at shenandoah ford. They did not play games..or make me wait for hours. It was the best , easiest car buying experience i have ever had. I have been taking my other 2 fords to this dealership for years for service.....their service department is excellent. I would highly reccomend this dealership. More
