Quick, clean, and absolutely no headache. Jared was great. Helped with every step of the process. Of course the car I wanted to purchase needed some parts that had been ordered. Very disappointed in the service I received at the dealership today. My husband called in for an appointment and spoke with Amy. An appointment was made for 8am. Got there and checked in and waited fo dealership today. My husband called in for an appointment and spoke with Amy. An appointment was made for 8am. Got there and checked in and waited for 2hrs and 49minutes. For an oil change and a light to be checked. When I went back to check on the status of my vehicle I was told there were others cars in before mine and they would get to when they could. I said I had an appointment and was told I’m sorry ma’am we don’t make appointments. Then why were we told by Amy we had one? During these times an appointment should be allowed. We were not able to social distance while waiting in the waiting room. Not to mention the quality of the chairs in the waiting room were horrible. Ripped and torn very unprofessional looking. I feel like Ford didn’t value me as a customer who has purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership in the last two years. I understand they do walk in service but customers who purchase their and do all their vehicle maintenance here should be able to make an appointment and not have to wait over 2 hours for service. More
