Jay Scaramozzino, a manager, was able to help me locate the perfect car. Doug Miller in Internet sales was my first contact and he made setting up an appointment painless. Then Keith in finance helped explain the whole financial side of things in a way that was easy to understand. All together I could not have been more impressed. I brought my vehicle in for a speaker phone issue. The speaker wasn't clear on the receiver's end. Once checked it was determined that all vehicles like mine have the same issue. Travis sent an email and was informed that there was an outside provider that they could get a new speaker from that would fix the issue. Once the part was received, I took my vehicle in for installation. It was found that the wrong color part had been shipped and received. The correct color part was expedited and received 2 days later and installed. Travis was constantly concerned with making us happy with the service we received on our vehicle. Because of this, we decided to have an oil change and a tire repaired while it was in the shop. More

We came in answering to a sales Flyer that was mailed to us. Josh greeted us immediatly and we sat and discussed our options.
