Was supposed to have my tires rotated during service and it was done. The girl who waited on me did not know what she was doing. I even asked if the tires were rotated and the other girl said yes they were. it was done. The girl who waited on me did not know what she was doing. Drove 4 hrs to purshase a truck and well arrived the truck was not even drivable!!!!! We needed a new battery for one of the cars we purchased six years ago from Front Royal Ford. Did a “walk in” and they had the battery I needed and completed the replacement in less 45 minutes!
