I placed a reservation for a Bronco 9/20. During this process my salesman assured me I would be paying MSRP. Once I got my VIN that locked me into this dealership they let me know there would be a $5000 process my salesman assured me I would be paying MSRP. Once I got my VIN that locked me into this dealership they let me know there would be a $5000 markup and they would not honor my price protection. The sales manager has yet to return an email or phone call. Once I started talking to people and reading reviews this is a normal occurrence for them. You place an order and once they get it they mark it up and either you pay or someone else will pay for it and you lose the vehicle your ordered 12 plus months ago. Stop buying from dealerships that don't keep their word when there are plenty around that will. I saw a review from a US military service member and he had the same thing happen to him... Front Royal Ford way to be the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. More
