This would have been no stars if I could have rated lower. This was the worst service I experienced in more than 40 years as a Ford customer. Front Royal Ford is leveraging the shortage in the market t lower. This was the worst service I experienced in more than 40 years as a Ford customer. Front Royal Ford is leveraging the shortage in the market to gouge their customers. They are selling scaring elderly customers into buying batteries and wipers they don't need. No level of low these people won't go to in order to make a buck. More

Front Royal Ford goes out of their way to get the service work done. The problem lies with Ford Motor Co being able to supply the repair parts, even on recalls Ford cannot supply the parts to make the repair work done.
