First off, I was greeted by a friendly and caring young lady. Your offerings of refreshment is well, refreshing. I was promptly met by salesman James with a huge smile and friendly greeting. He made certain I knew of all options and did not pressure me in an attempt to meet some quota or goal that he was working toward. James was relaxed and professional. He did not stretch the truth and if he did not know something for certain, he told me so but followed up right away and got concrete answers. This was my most pleasurable experience in car buying. In addition, your finance expert shared several options and discussed benefits of each. Assisted every step of the way, I recall saying as I left with the exact car I was looking for, James, thanks for treating me how I like to be treated!
