Signed contract to purchase new Honda pilot with trade in. They called the next day to say they could not do the deal even though I signed the contract and put a down payment on my credit card because th in. Offered me a new deal that would cost $2500 more. Originally they offered me $18200 for my 2008 ELX pilot 4 wd with 66000 miles and when they called me back after the signed contract they offered me $15700 , less then Kelly Blue Book or Edmunds on my trade in . Almost bait and switch. Get a copy of your contract before you leave.!! Get ready for the phone call. NOT SO FRIENDLY HONDA!!! THEY CHANGED MANAGEMENT AND CHANGED THEIR VALUE SYSTEM. NOT REPUTABLE!!!
