I cant say enough about Friendly honda, i just leased/bought my 3rd car in 3 Years from Friendly.. there are many closer dealerships to my home but none have come close to giving my wife and i the leased/bought my 3rd car in 3 Years from Friendly.. there are many closer dealerships to my home but none have come close to giving my wife and i the kind of attention and service as Friendly Honda. A bad experience all around. Salesman was a friend of a friend, so I felt obligated to stick with him -- even though my gut told me to walk out. I knew I wanted a new Honda Pilot and this was the most con friend, so I felt obligated to stick with him -- even though my gut told me to walk out. I knew I wanted a new Honda Pilot and this was the most convenient dealer to my home. We negotiated price on a new Pilot and I was pleased. Based on the features I was getting, I felt it was a fair price. When I arrived a week later to pick up the vehicle, the price was more than $1,500 higher than what we had agreed to the previous week. When I questioned why they had no good answer. Also, when I first went there they said I was approved for the low, special interest rate on the new vehicle. But when I went back a week later, the interest rate was 3 points higher. They said it was due to my marginal credit, but I pointed out that they had run a credit check the previous week and had approved me for the lower rate. They eventually lowered the sales price to the original agreement and with all the time I had already invested, I decided to move forward and complete the purchase. I am generally not a difficult person to please and don't recall ever taking the time to complain on an internet message board before this. I will certainly never purchase a car from Friendly Honda again. More

This is the third vehicle within the past three years that we have purchased through Friendly Honda and salesman James Newton. James is a great salesperson with a very upbeat and positive attitude. I told Frank exactly what I wanted and he delivered. Both my wife and I were expecting to lease however we ended up buying because he was able to get the price where we wanted it. Very pleasant dealership, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. The Honda Pilot is just what we wanted, although we weren't sure about that at the start. Papa, despite being very busy during a major sales event, gave us all the attention we needed, and was very solicitous. The trade-in allowance we got was thousands less than trade-in estimates from NADA, Edmund's, and Intelliprice, but we didn't want people coming to our house to see and drive our car, so we took a major bath on the trade-in, but that was our choice. All-in-all a positive experience, and most of it was very positive. We will definitely recommend Friendly Honda to others. More
Danielle was amazingly easy to work with and did everything to make this the easiest purchase I have ever made....The evening I took delivery of the car I realized the rear speaker rattled when the everything to make this the easiest purchase I have ever made....The evening I took delivery of the car I realized the rear speaker rattled when the radio volume was raised just a little and rattled when ever I drove over a bump...I called service and they got me right in and fixed it...how nice!!!Happy so far, hoping it stays this way!!! First of all, be cetain that my ratings reflect the resolved issues I had with purchasing the car, not the ones I would have scored in the midst of the purchase. Those would have been lower!! I was NOT happy that my car was not delivered as planned, and that I waited for over an hour in the showrooms before this news was told to me. The service department should have had it in for its full check up LONG before Tuesday afternoon, especially since I had alerted my salesperson IMMEDIATELY upon return from the test drive that there was a definate problem with the brakes AND I SAW HER WRITE THIS DOWN. While Dominick was attentive to me once I notified him of the situation, I did take exception with his comment that I was "lucky" that the problem had been detected prior to my accepting delivery and his additional comment that he wished that I had signed for the vehicle to show my "intentions." As I firmly explained to him then, my "intention" should have been clear when I arrived with $2700 IN CASH on Tuesday and handed it to my salesperson only to have it oddly handed back to me when the delay started to come to light. Additionally, I felt it was fully reasonable on my part to state that I had NO intention of purchasing the vehilce until I re-test drove it to be certain the problem had been rectified. His comment clearly revealed that the sale was the most important. I found his tone somewhat condescending and accusatory which ABSOLUTLEY IS NOT the startagy to take with me. While there is a minor issue with the automatic locks which I will be returning to have solved, I will say that I am happy with the vehicle at this point. I do, however, want to make this very clear; if it hadn't been that I had done my research and known that this was THE vehicle make and type that I was looking for at a decent price, I would have walked away from the sale. It is only my previous dealings with your dealership and this particular vehicle that were the deciding factors to completing my purchase. More
We had wood grain installed on the new vehicle and it was not done satisfactorily. I realize this was done by a contractor not employed by Friendly Honda. I have been assured by Jim that the issue will be fully resolved to my satisfaction and I trust that it will. Other than that, the buying experience was pleasant. I did not find there to be high pressure or "playing games". Quite frankly, I had come to totally dislike the whole experience of vehicle shopping. Other dealerships were far too pushy and aggressive. I would highly recommend this dealership based on my experience thus far. More
