Every person we spoke to went out of their way to make sure that all of our questions were answered. They were open and honest about different options and alternatives, and what it would mean to US if we sure that all of our questions were answered. Also, we never felt like anyone was trying to sell us something we didn't need or want. For certain options, we weren't sure if we really needed it, and either Anthony, Dominic, or Jim gave us what we felt were their own honest and personal opinions about what it would or wouldn't do for us.
