This is our 4th Honda and the third in 7 years at Friendly. We get all our service done there as well. The sales staff and service staff are always friendly and willing to help. Having dealt with Friendly since 1987, I can tell you that their service department is the best I've ever dealt with. Incredible as it may sound, their price for service is competitive with their non-dealer counterparts, the job is done right the first time and they don't invent problems just to raise their charges. In addition to everything else, free loaners are always available. I've bought other cars from other dealers over the years, of course, but since 1987 there's always been at least one Friendly Honda in my garage. The car is great, the sales operation is reasonable and no-nonsense and the service department will make you happy that you chose Friendly in the years to come. Give them a try. More

The salesman was nice enough but the Sales manager was rude and condescending! I returned to Friendly Honda the next day and bought the Honda CRV. From the Receptionist, to the salesman, to the finance manager.....all were friendly, respectful, helpful and professional. When my spouse and I walked into Friendly Honda, we were welcomed with warm friendly faces. We were asked right away if we needed any help. We were requesting to talk to Justin as he has sold cars to my par welcomed with warm friendly faces. We were asked right away if we needed any help. We were requesting to talk to Justin as he has sold cars to my parents and sisters. I never expected to walk out of the dealership with a new car that day. Justin took the time to answer every single question we had. This was on a Saturday when the place was very busy and he made us feel like we were the only ones there buying a car. It was a big decision for us and we have not ever had a car payment or new car. Brian was able to do the financing to fit into our daily budget. Justin and Brian made everything fall right into place and we walked out that day with a New Honda RidgeLine. We love the truck and we love Friendly! Don't expect anyone to be "Friendly" just because that's their name. The automatic door on our Honda Odyssey wasn't working well. A friend disabled it but it wasn't closed properly so we br because that's their name. The automatic door on our Honda Odyssey wasn't working well. A friend disabled it but it wasn't closed properly so we brought it in to be fixed. They said it was the motor which I didn't really think was the issue but my wife approved it. Unfortunately $500+ later it wasn't working any better than when we brought it there. They now say they said that it might be more and now they say it's the track too, which has to be replaced. The motor wasn't the problem and it's actually harder to open now for the kids than it was when we brought it there. It takes more effort and makes a horrible sound now that it didn't make before we brought it there. When I complained that they didn't fix it they were anything but Friendly and then when I said I was going to complain they refused to even fix what they admitted was still wrong. I bought the car from them and hadn't had any significant other problems with it, but their attitude has been atrocious. They replaced the motor that wasn't defective and are blaming me because they didn't realize it had been disconnected. They charged me $680 for it without fixing anything and then refused to fix it because I said I was going to complain. Maybe it was just incompetence but their attitude was ultimately the problem and it was clearly handled all wrong. More
