Outstanding Experience I agreed to purchase a 2017 Pilot from Friendly Honda on 3/8, and am extremely pleased with my purchase. From the moment my wife and I entered the bu I agreed to purchase a 2017 Pilot from Friendly Honda on 3/8, and am extremely pleased with my purchase. From the moment my wife and I entered the building we were treated extremely well by everyone from the receptionist to the business manager. Tom Muff was my salesman, and he did an outstanding job of understanding my needs. Tom was very patient during the process. Initially I agreed to purchase an EX-L model with al large number of internal and external accessories. The next day, based on limited availability of an EX-L model with the options I requested, I decided to change to a Touring model. Via phone and fax, Tom worked with me to eliminate unnecessary accessories I had previously requested which were no longer required due to the model change which saved me money. Upon delivering the vehicle Tom did an excellent job of explaining the vehicle functions to me. Colin O'Brien did an excellent job of helping me pick the maintenance options which made the most sense for me. All in all...an outstanding experience!! More

We've always loved Honda cars, and our second car was a Civic, until a tree My husband and I were caught up in the Volkswagen recall: Diesel Passat. We've always loved Honda cars, and our second car was a Civic, until a tree fell on it two weeks after we replaced the Passat. Our experience with Tom Muff to replace our Passat with a 2017 CRV was so great, easy and friendly, we knew we would go straight back to Tom to replace our Civic. It's a rare occurrence to have to replace 2 cars in 1 month. But it was a much easier feat because Tom quickly got to know us and what we wanted: He met our needs. Showed us cars that matched our desired specs. And is super friendly to work with. My husband and I are really happy with Tom's salesmanship and integrity. More

March 2017 I am happy to say that Carlos was an excellent salesperson. He helped me find the right car for me at the right price. However, when I went into fina I am happy to say that Carlos was an excellent salesperson. He helped me find the right car for me at the right price. However, when I went into finance they gave me the option of three days or 300 miles to return the car if need be for whatever reason. I took them up on it and found an even better car for a better price. No questions asked… I wouldn't have been able to accomplish this if I was at another dealership.
