OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY From the time I stepped into this dealers shop until I left I was treated like a king. The salesperson, Annemarie, could not have been nicer to me and my wife. She immediately looked up the vehicles that I wanted to see and quickly went out to BRING them to the back door. After driving them I decided on the first one and retuned to her. She explained everything that I need to know and told me about their desire to essentially make the car as good as new. I returned the next day and everything was ready to go. The financing and the car was waiting right by door and it looked like a NEW car. It was a 2014 and everything about this car had been done. I met with another gentleman , Jim Libutti and he did the paper work which was quite extensive. Then I met with Annmarie again and she gave me an excellent run down of the car. The process that the dealer used to complete this sale was truly OUTSTANDING. More

No Time I am a 2 yr customer of Friendly. Called to schedule oil change & NYS inspection. I said I could not drop off and would have to wait. I was told the f I am a 2 yr customer of Friendly. Called to schedule oil change & NYS inspection. I said I could not drop off and would have to wait. I was told the first available appointment was 9/4, nearly three weeks from now. I said Sept wasn't acceptable as my inspection expired in August. Rep responded that I would just have to bring it in and leave it for the day if I wanted it sooner. I explained it was over a 45 minute drive to Friendly and I had no one that could shuttle me back and forth to the dealer. Rep couldn't help me. So I called a local shop I've used before and everything is scheduled for tomorrow morning. I understand that there may be a heavy workload and full schedule, especially with vacations. However, the rep made absolutely no effort to help. Perhaps she could have said "If you come in XXXX we can fit in the inspection but we are booked and you may have to wait a while. Then we can schedule the oil change for Sept. Would that work?" Yes, that would have worked. In the past, the service department has done excellent work and I recommend them. But this rep was neither Friendly nor helpful. More

Just what we were looking for!!! After scouring the internet for just the right Subaru Outback, we found one at Friendly Honda in Poughkeepsie of all places. They actually had three at the time to choose from and we found one in our price range with low miles. From the second you walk in the showroom, the receptionist makes you feel welcome and at ease. We were offered a refreshment in the waiting area and greeted by the most friendly, non-pressuring sales people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Brandi was a JOY to deal with and Paul Hoffman made the deal happen (despite more than one challenging hurdle). Our 2011 Subaru Outback Limited was delivered to us as if it was a brand new Honda and everything was immaculate. I bought my first brand new Honda Civic Si here back in 1990 and enjoyed the experience so much I even remembered the name of my salesman at the time (Herb Merritt) and coincidentally Paul Hoffman was the finance mgr then as well! Five star dealership and we WILL be back! More

John Chianfagna our sales person was absolutely terrific to work with!!. This is our 2nd Honda car purchase with John and we specifically asked for John when considering our 2nd purchase. He understands our needs extremely well and really took the time to explain various features on the different CR-V models we were considering. Price negotiations on the car were done in an extremely professional and friendly way. When it was time to pick up our new car, John spent quality time explaining all the features of our new car.John also stayed late past his normal shift hours so that we could pick up our new care later in the evening.. There's literally only one guy that's actually "friendly" in service center! Really wish I purchased my car somewhere else so I wouldnt have to deal with it! Literally every time you go there they all tell you different new "rules." I can not even count the number of times I've asked for a service and it was not done. More
