Good communications from the Service Consultant who called me several times with status, even if it was just to tell me that there has not yet been any progress. I REALLY appreciated this. Thank you. Dishonest ..... would not trust I scheduled a service with friendly Honda to remove bolts and replace the flex donut gasket at the manifold after a two hour wait a friendly service a I scheduled a service with friendly Honda to remove bolts and replace the flex donut gasket at the manifold after a two hour wait a friendly service adviser contacted me and told me my manifold was shot. I refuted this analysis since have been under the car the day before and knew the condition of the manifold. I subsequently asked if they broke the bolt.The service adviser said the bolts were fine.The next day I crawled under the vehicle to discover the bolts were melted beyond removal. I would have accepted a response "We tried but could not remove bolts... one bolt broke during the process" More
